What about the egg grader?

1.Function of egg grader: automatic egg grader can grade eggs by weight, dispense to different levels automatically. The machine has the characteristic of reliable performance, operate easily, high efficiency, and eggs are not easy to be broken during egg sorting.

Laying hens are very sensitive to environmental changes during laying

The evironment factors can cause to decrease the rate of laying hens,the laying hens are very sensitive to envioronmental changes during laying. For example, the light of inside cage house,temperature and air quality will affect t the laying rate of hens. So it is quite import to provide a quite,comfortable laying environment for hens raising. Insufficient light intensity will affect the laying rate of hens. From 3 weeks to 18 weeks, keep constant light for 8-12 hours or use natural light in open or semi-open chicken houses. At 18 weeks, increase the light to 13 hours. Add 15 minutes a week until it reaches 17 hours of light. The temperature should be also well controlled, too hot in the cage house in Summer or too cold in Winter is the important factors for affecting the laying rate. The ammonia smell in the house is also easy to induce respiratory diseases and reduce the laying rates of hens. After egg laying, in order to improve work efficiency and offer fresh and high quality eggs to the markets, the farm owners usually prefer to equipt with egg washing machine or egg packing machine or egg grader to handle eggs automatically for their farms or their company.
