In April 2005, Fuzhou Min-Tai Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the production of egg processing equipment, cooperating with Taiwan's technological advantages for transformation and innovation.

In September 2005, our MINTAI first self-produced salted duck egg cleaning electronic grader was installed and commissioned in Gaoyou Food Co., LTD., which opened the era of mechanization of domestic egg processing.

In November 2006, our MINTAI first quail egg sheller and egg peeler were developed, which opened a new chapter for our egg processing industry and realized the automatic sheller of cooked eggs from manual to mechanical.

In December 2009, the domestic "egg cooking and peeling production line" was put into use in Hebei province, egg processing entered the era of automatic cooking.

In May 2011, the domestic "Automatic Brine Egg Production Line" was put into use in Hebei Province. This project realized continuous production from white boiling to brine processing, ushering in a new phase of automated brine egg production.

In May 2014, our MINTAI first “egg packing machine” was launched , closing the era of manual egg packing, and achieving the packing capacity of 25,000 eggs per hour.

In April 2017, the "egg grading and packing machine" with the mechanical arm device was put into use at the customer's site, realizing the leapfrog upgrade of output and structure, realizing the integration of functions such as cleaning eggs, grading and packing, and the capacity can reach 30,000 eggs per hour.

In January 2020, our MINTAI first generation of egg packing machine achieved an increase in capacity from 25,000 eggs per hour to 36,000 eggs per hour, and the crack detection system has been successfully launched.

In July 2020, the hatchery egg packing machine was launched, extending our product service range from table eggs to hatchery eggs, and we realized customized equipment for the full range of poultry eggs.

In December 2021, a new egg grading and packing machine with a capacity of 60,000 eggs per hour was successfully developed. This equipment forms a highly integrated automated production line, integrating functions such as automatic egg loading, washing, drying, oiling, crack detection, dirt detection, grading and packing.

In June 2022, capacity 120,000 eggs per hour grading and packing machine were successfully developed to realize automatic loading system, cleaning system, online internal and external quality testing devices, high-speed grading and automatic packing, and produce complete sets of automation equipment with flexible integration of multiple modules of commercial equipment.
