Here enclosed the following functions of the egg grading machine:
Auto egg loader：eggs sucked and placed to the production line automatically, empty trays stacked automatically.
Accumulator：after egg infeeding, egg collected in buffer and conveyed to the next processing.
Extension table：make egg convey in alignment.
Orientator: orientate all eggs to the same direction, big head toward up.
Egg washing :With water spraying&18 lanes egg washing: special design brushes,brushing eggs in all direction by unique device; afer spraying disinfection, then brush-washing.
Drying: By multiple air nozzles, the waist, big head,small head of egg dried with low-temp in all direction, to remove water attached on the surface of eggs .
UV steriliation: UV
Oiling:mist oiling,make the pore of egg surface attached with white oil.
Candling:inspect eggs with special light,pick up break eggs,cracked eggs etc.
Crack detector: knock on eggs automatically and collect sound wave, and automatically detect cracked eggs.
Color detector: visual AI detector and classifed eggs by color.
Weighing system: electric weighing grading.
Convey head：egg after weighing conveyed in order,and packing into corresponding trays according to weights. Eggs in the same grade packing into trays by 6 pieces per time meanwhile.
Egg printer：collecting the data from grading system, print different texts according to demands.
Semi-auto denester：egg tray infeeding by manual, then automatically convey to the packing conveying lanes.
Packing conveying lanes: egg tray full of eggs conveyed to the next working position.
